How large of a file can I upload?

Our decentralized multipart upload engine is designed specifically for massive datasets. You can routinely upload 10GB to 50GB+ files without browser crashes. If you have a file exceeding 600GB, please contact us to ensure optimal routing through our edge nodes.

Why doesn’t my .e57 file show up in the 3D Web Viewer?

Raw .e57 point clouds are typically too massive and unoptimized for real-time WebGL streaming in a web browser. Because of this, we host .e57 files as secure, high-speed Download-Only links. For interactive 3D web previews, please upload optimized .ply or .splat files.

Do you offer refunds if I cancel my subscription?

No. Due to the immediate and high infrastructure costs associated with allocating enterprise edge storage capacity and decentralized bandwidth the moment you upload a file, all sales and subscriptions are strictly non-refundable.

Are my files backed up automatically?

You are solely responsible for maintaining local backups of your source files.

Gaussian Splat Hosting is a delivery and presentation platform designed to share data with clients, not a permanent disaster recovery archive. While our edge network is highly resilient, we do not guarantee against accidental deletion or data corruption.

Can you send me a physical hard drive backup?

Yes. If you need your uploaded files downloaded, transferred to a physical hard drive or NAS device, and securely shipped to your firm, we offer this as a custom-priced service. Please email our support team for a quote.

How do I manage my billing or cancel my subscription?

All billing is securely handled by Stripe. You can access your Stripe Billing Portal directly from the footer of your Creator Dashboard to update your credit card, download invoices, or cancel your subscription at any time.
